Brief Answer:
URTI in pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to hcm,
If you have been having sore throat since 3 weeks and no fever as of now, THEN I WOULD SUGGEST YOU TO GET A THROAT SWAB CULTURE DONE to isolate the causative organism and then a short 3 days course of TAB AZITHROMYCIN 500mg once a day can be taken along with saline warm water gargles thrice a day. this should help. This is safe in pregnancy.
Also avoid breathing through mouth and if your nose is blocked then steam inhalation in the evening shall also work.
Regards
