Brief Answer:
streptococcal infection of throat.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for your query.
In my opinion, you might be having a streptococcal throat infection causing rashes and membrane over the tonsils.
This needs clinically evaluation and treatment. If I were your treating doctor, I would have first clinically examined you, confirmed my diagnosis, and treated you with Pennicillin antibiotics, anti inflammatory medicines like paracetamol + diclofenac combination drugs twice daily for 5 days. Steam inhalation daily twice may be helpful. Betadine gargling 3 to 4 times daily will be very helpful. non of the medication are available over the counter. hence I would suggest you to consult with the doctor and get evaluated. .hope my answers have helped you. Thanks.
