Dear sir,

The hot and cold flashes could be due to elevated body temperature. So please measure your body temperature. The spotting blood indicated most probably bronchitis . This should be treated non steroidal anti inflammatory as ibuprofen tablets 200 mg every 8 hours . it will help with body aches and fever too. if you had fever and it lasted more than 3 days then you will need an antibiotic .
for sore throat , try to drink warm fluids and take throat lozenges. try to stick to soft easy swallowed diet as soup and youghurt .
