Brief Answer:
Supportive care till work up

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

frequent congestion, post nasal dripping, sore throat, causing airways involvement to the extent of breathing difficulties should be evaluated for the cause. Allergic rhinitis, rhinosinusitis, chronic sinusitis, some local mass, deviated nasal septa are some of the suspicions and need to be ruled out by a complete otorhinolaryngological exam. Till then, nasal irrigation with warm tepid water, us eof decongestants, frequent fluids intake, warm comforting beverages, salt water gargles, garlic water mouth rinses and avoidance of triggers like sour food, cold, smoking , allergens etc is advised.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please,

Regards
Khan
