Question : Woke up with an extremely sore throat. The next day it developed into a couch, sneezing, loss of appetite and starting to lose my voice. The day after that, today, headache with any solid food being vomited 20 min after eating.

Hi, thanks for your query.
In my opinion, you might be having a infection of your throat and larynx , causing change in voice, fever, painful swallowing.
Vomiting after 2 min of eating can be because of GERD.
If I were your treating doctor, I would have first clinically examined you, confirmed my diagnosis, and then prescribed penicillin antibiotics + anti inflammatory medicines like paracetamol + diclofenac combination drugs twice daily for 3 to 5 days. Proton pump inhibitors + prokinetcs drug for 3 to 4 weeks for gastritis.
