Brief Answer:
USG can be repeated to assess the size of spleen.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,
The USG can be repeated now since it is important to review the liver and spleen.
The spleen should come back to its normal size.
Fatty liver is a reversible condition and it can be reverted once the causative factor is reversed.
