Question : Recent sore throats with swollen glands - resolved now- but now complain of hand tremor and fatigue , slight foggy feeling in head occasionally occasional chill and mild weakness - age 24 year old female - normal appetite

Hello, Thank you for posting your question on HealthcareMagic.
By your symptoms it could mean just 2 things one is simple viral infection, but tremors and brain fog don't fit into it .
Second issue is problem in the thyroid gland which justifies all the symptoms that you have described.
I would recommend the following .
Please get Thyroid profile done and also get an Ultrasound scan of your neck to rule out any collection or infection in the thyroid gland.
