Question : I am having 99.2 temperature and sore throat. Difficult to speak or swallow. Kindly advise medication

Hi XXXXXXX thanks for your query.

Analyzing your symptoms, I feel probably you have throat infection.
If I were your treating doctor I would examined you clinically and would have prescribed the following medication;
Penicillin antibiotic ( amox + clavulunic acid comb 625
Mg ) twice daily for 5 to 7 days.
Along with this paracetamol+diclofenac comb tablet twice daily for 5 days.
Betadine gargle 3 to 4 times daily.
Avoid cold and oily items, hydrate yourself properly.
All these are prescription medicine , so consult your doctor and discuss my treatment with him.
