Brief Answer:
Hello.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for your query.
As per your symptoms, you have sore throat since 1 day.
If I were your treating doctor, I would have advised
Hot saline gargle daily 4 to 5 times per day.
Avoid cold and oily items and air conditioning.
Drink boiled water only.
Empirically you can take anti inflammatory medicines like paracetamol + diclofenac combination drugs.
If symptoms persists, then I probably feel you have throat infection.
This needs a course of penicillin antibiotics.
This needs clinical evaluation and prescription by the specialist.
Consult with the doctor and get treated.
Hope my answers have helped you. Thanks.
