Brief Answer:
Upper respiratory tract infection
Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
It seems that you are suffering from Acute Pharyngitis or Sore throat.
I advise you following:
1. To take an antibiotic like Azithromycin 500 mg once a day for 3 days.
2. To take anti allergic like Levicetrizine 5 mg once a day.
3. To take Tab Paracetamol 500 mg as on when required basis for fever.
4. Do warm saline gargles 3-4 times a day.
This may take 3-5 days to get resolved completely.
Revert after 3 days with what problems you are having that time. Further treatment if required would be discussed then.
If you have any further query please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
