Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns
I am sorry to hear that you are suffering from a sore throat. You tried ibuprofen and FLuEnd lozenges. It is OK to use the two together. I also recommend using acetaminophen also to help the pain. Salt water gargles will also help sooth the throat. If you get worse or you develop fever I would recommend that you be seen by your medical provider as you may have a strep throat.
In summary
1. OK to use both ibuprofen and FluEnd tablets
2. Add acetaminophen
3. Salt water gargles
4. Seek medical attention if worsens or develop fever
I hope I answered your question. Please contact us again if you have any additional questions
