Brief Answer:
Looks like due to dry mouth and fungal infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Her main problem of tongue cracking and soreness of tongue is appearing to be due to dry mouth and the white coating can be due to fungal Infection or oral thrush..
You should consult an Oral Pathologist and get evaluated.
A microscopic examination of the scrapings from the white coating can be done to confirm thrush..
If sprays and toothpaste are not working then she can use lubricating gels like Oragel and use specialised mouthwash like Bioremediation.
Sucking ice pops and cool water rinses can help in reducing inflammation and pain.

Hope this helps..

Brief Answer:
You should first get investigated by an Orthopedician.

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
If your daughter is not relieved with the above discussed medication then she can be advised Pilocarpine medicine that will help in increasing saliva flow and reducing dry mouth..
If pain inside the mouth is not relieved still then she can be given certain anti depressant medications that helps in reducing pain, but only given if nothing else works.

For your knee pain commonly NSAID's like Ibuprofen are only advised but if it is not working then you can try adding muscle relaxants like Tizanidine or Cyclobenzapyrine along with it..
Putting knee braces, heat or cool packs and physiotherapy can also help..

But if it is a nerve pain first of all you should consult an Orthopedician and get evaluated and if nerve pain is the cause an MRI can be done for ruling out the exact cause and many a times Neurotic painkillers can also be advised..

Hope this helps..
