Question : Hello, my anus is sore and hurts a bit when i use the bathroom. Ive attached a picture, as it looks irregular. Thank you..

Thank you for the query.

On the picture it looks like you have small hemorrhoids. As there is an inflammation present as well, you may feel the pain along with itching. Some clear discharge can appear as well. You may notice it as a wet underwear.

I suggest you to try such treatment:
- increase fiber rich products and mineral water intake to avoid constipation
- do not push hard on stool
- have sitz baths with Oak Bark twice a day for 7 days
- start OTC suppositories for hemorrhoids
- wash your anus after every stool

Such treatment should help in a week or so.
