I have gone through your query. Fungal infection and dryness can be the reason for your problem. Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the anal area. Instead you can use saline or warm water. Also use soft wipes for toilet.

Using ointments containing antifungal like miconazole and cortcosteroid like hydrocortisone will be helpful. Also use stool softeners if there is pain while passing stools.
