Thanks for posting
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.Going by the symptoms it could be due to infection of sebaceous gland (skin gland) in its early stage .
My suggestion would be to apply acnesol cream(antibiotic) along with pain killer ibuprofen and ice fomentation.
Your local pharmacist might know about the cream.

I dont know if it makes a differences but i have AS. And im having issue with food and swelling

The symptoms suggestive of infection are pain,redness and tender to touch,do you have these?If yes,you may continue with the treatment as discussed .
One important point to remember with AS-tell a doctor urgently if you develop a painful or red eye. An eye complication called uveitis can be serious but can be treated successfully if treatment is given promptly.
Meanwhile continue with the treatment,which you are taking for ankylosing Spondylitis.
