Question : 4 days ago was very sore in chest area now pain concentrated under right rib cage.to mid stomach.

I dont know anything about Apps.

*Pain involving right rib cage to mid stomach , has many differential diagnosis
ranging from @ Non cardiac (Gastritis,Lungs related,Liver disorders,
Costochondral etc )
@ Cardiac ( Ischemic , Myocardial infarction , Rhythm disturbances )
*Diagnosis depends solely on Physical examination , evaluation in terms of
Electrocardiogram , X-Ray chest ,necessary Laboratory work up ( Complete
blood counts , Fasting blood sugar, S.Cholesterol , Troponin T levels ) ,
Ultrasound of abdomen & pelvis ; 2D Echo / Tread Mill Test in selected cardiac
cases.
*You have taken aspirin is fine , should take antacid tab.ranitidine (300)mg &
immediately consult your doctor for further work up & management
accordingly without delay.
