I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. The failed angioplasty attempts probably have no relationship with your sore and aching legs. There are two broad possibilities to consider. The first is whether the blood supply to the lower limbs have been compromised. This can be checked by a Doppler study of the lower limbs (venous, arterial and muscle ultrasound with Doppler). If nothing is found, you would have to assume the second possibility of muscular fatigue. In such a case stretch exercises and ingestion of juicy fruits should help.
