Question : Hello Doctor,

Two days before i had sex with my wife. During that time i sucked her nipple too much. After that her nipple getting sore. Looks like crack and swelling and its pain full also . Could you please tell me what should we do ? Any oilment or any medicine which her nipple make normal ? Please give advise ASAP

I have gone through your complaints and if I was her treating doctor I would recommend her to apply some steroid antibiotic combination cream like mometasone and fusidic acid cream on the affected nipple twice daily for 5-7 days,
For pain I would recommend her to take anti inflammatory medicines like tablet containing combination of diclofrnac and serratiopeptidase twice daily for 3 days.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.

Can you prescribe one name of ointment ?

bactroban ointment will be fine ?

She can apply momate F cream on the affected area.
Bactroban ointment contains only antibiotic and not a steroid.
The combination of steroid and antibiotic will reduce the pain and swelling as it will act as anti inflammatory.
