Question : I am on dialysis. My scalp is sore and has dandruff. I take biotin and a renal vitamin daily. Is there shampoo to help this? It itches a lot.it also has bumps and sores

If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to use a ketoconazole shampoo twice weekly and take antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
