Question : Hi my question is for my husband for about 6 months his complained of a sore left testicle, the dr examined him and said there were no lumps and then put him on an antibiotic that he needs to take for around 3 months. the pain isnt as bad but he still has the pain it seems to come and go throughout the day.

This sounds like subacute epididimitis and in this case pain may persist for more weeks even after the antibiotics are taken. However, it would be good to do testicle ultrasound to rule out some more serious causes. Also, if there is a need, he may do STD testing since some STDs may present as chronic testicle pain.
