Question: a few months back I went to the doctor with sore testicals. in 1 of the tubes it felt like a ball I think he said it was a build up of fluid. they hurt for months then went away by this time I was going for my ultra sound
and they found nothing so I guess it went away. today same pain and waiting for another ultra sound date.
question why is the back? should I be worried about testicual cancer?
and after already doing 1 ultrasound should they be doing something else instead of sending me back? thanks

Brief Answer:
There is no possibility of Cancer of Testis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have noticed swelling and soreness in Right testicle ,

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Is there swelling of Testicle ?
2) Do you have fever?
3) Is the swelling painful?

The soreness and swelling that you have could be due to infection of Epididymis (Epididymitis) or a Epididymal Cyst .

Consult qualified Urologist or General surgeon for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of scrotum.

As regards your fear of having Cancer of testicle .I would state that there is no chance of it being a cancer as cancer of the testicle always presents with a large hard mass in testicle .

In the mean while take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefixime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
