Brief Answer:
Considerations

Detailed Answer:
hello and thank you for sending the question.

It is possible that you may be dealing with a case of epididymitis. Sometimes this can cause soreness in the testicles in scrotum. this type of condition is usually treated with a course of antibiotics.

I realize your ultrasound was negative. Since you were still having significant symptoms I recommend you contact your doctor again to discuss this. Your doctor might consider a course of antibiotics to see if this helps improve your symptoms.

thank you again for sending your question.

Sincerely,

Dr. Galamaga
