Brief Answer:
Aspirin, adverse effects, restoration/extraction

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
As far as the dizziness, light headed and shaky feeling can be because of the adverse effects of aspirin. The other possible cause can be a poor nutrition intake.
Nothing to be panic, stop the aspirin, you can take only tynelol. Consume lot of liquid.
Regarding your perforated tooth, consult a oral physician and get a radiograph done, and upload the images, so that i can tell you whether the tooth can be restored or it has to be removed.
If the perforation has occurred near the root apex then it cannot be saved.
I hope my answer will help you. take care.
