The clinical photograph provided by you is unclear, going by picture provided is appears to be carbuncle ( infection of skin and subcutaneous tissue ).

I would suggest you the following

1. local Application of antibiotic ointment like Mupirocin which is available as over the counter medication

2. Oral antibiotic like Co-Amoxiclav taken for 5 days will be helpful

3. Anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen will be helpful
