Suggest Treatment For Soreness On The Lower Back

Question: woke up this morning with a really sore lower back on my left side. it hurts to bend any way, the pain goes from my lower back into my glutes doesn't hurt when I'm standing up or laying on my side. is it possible its something to do with my sciatic nerve??

I am so sorry to hear about this type. The onset, surrounding circumstances and nature of this pain raises concerns about a poor sleeping posture. I believe you didn’t sleep in a good position last night and this is the reason why you are in pains. This is not sciatica and you should not be concerned about it at this time.

My advice is that you go apply ice to this area and also take some tylenol for pain relief. Rest and all will soon return to normal.
