Question : Hello Dr. Rynne
my dad has numerous sores in his mouth and he also has a itching going on outside his body especially on his back and arms. what could be happening to him?

Detailed Answer:
Hi welcome to Health care magic,
Your dad is suffering from hyperacidity.
Acid is regurgitating upwards into mouth (GERD) and causing mouth sores.
The itching is due to histaminic response to acidity.
Please give him---
Omeprazole 20 with domperidone 10 twice a day before meals
Any B complex with folic acid
Boroglycerol mixed with steroid oral cream like XXXXXXX
Also put him on a bland diet with small frequent meals, avoid tight clothing, reduce meats, chocolates and colas. Early dinner.
Avoid alcohol and smoking.
You can revert back.
