Question : I have what looks like multtitle sores in both nostrils, they are somewhat tender. My nose is very dry but also runny at the same time. I blow it sometimes and blow blood chunks. I believe it could be because of cocaine use of up to 1-2 grams a day for a solid 2 weeks.

Thanks for the query.

I have read your query and understand your concern.

After reading your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having
atrophic rhinitis with nasal vestibulitis due to cocaine use . Avoid cocaine use , it will make condition worse .

If I were your treating doctor , I would advice
consult ENT specialist as soon as possible for examination .

Till then use Saline nasal rinse or spray thrice daily ,
Tab Paracetamol for pain with inflammation &
antibiotic + steroid ointment thrice daily over sores .

You will get some relief .
