Question : I have sores on my buttocks and lower back and I have these crust like and dark scab coming off my body I hear them hit the ground but I don't know where the are coming from exactly. also I haven't made a bowel movement in 3 days and there seems to be a rash in between my vagina butt and when I do go to the bathroom it these rock hard marbles. I can feel something on almost every inch of my body either biting, burning or tingling but I cant see anything well only when scabs fall off and another thing when I go to sit down and eat my surrounding area and my plarte are filled with these things
I also randomly fall asleep but the weird thing if I am typing or writing I wake up on the same word with my hand moving in tiny circle

also I have the worst phlegm
I cant get it out of my chest
I have even tried gagging myself
I feel like I cant take a full breath
