Question : I have small sores on my scrotum. They are not from jock itch. I dig at them and find white colesstrol nuggets. What will heal them? J

Can you please attach a photo of it? Otherwise it is very hard to give valuable answer.

If this sores are in the hair follicles area, hair follicles inflammation can be the case. If so, you should have your scrotum shaved for some time, wash it with water and soap and wear loose underwear. This usually helps with such inflammation.
If this problem recurs, you should check your glucose level as diabetes can be the main factor of this skin issues.

This is the best I can tell not being able to see it.
