Question: yes my wife was pulling weeds and got bit in both arms buy spiders she said they felt like electric shocks and were hard to remove.

We don't know. It might have been a deer tick. It felt like an electric shock and was hard to get them off.
The bites really sting and are red and slightly swollen.

If redness is coming in, and I think there would be pain as well, it's better to go to ER.
It's safer for a dr to see you directly.
All bites have a characterstic look.
A dr will be able to identify it.
So go to a ER.
