Brief Answer:
Get Investigated

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
I understand your concern, but i would say here that let's investigate you to be sure of the problem.
I don't believe in treating with wild guesses!
Get investigated, bue sure of the disease and then get the perfect treatment.
I suggest you following investigations:
1. Hemogram with ESR
2. Xray Chest and PNS.
3. ECG
4. Sputum for Gram Stain.
5. Pulmonary Function Test.

This would tell us what disease you are suffering from.
Also, get dental examination and ENT evaluation to see for the local pathology, that is causing bad breath and smell from you.

Till your investigations are available, i would suggest you following:
1. Stop Smoking completely.
2. Steam Inhalation 3-4 times a day.
3. Apply Saline Drops (Nasoclear) two drops in each nostril two times a day.
4. Mucolytics like Mucomelt (N-Acetyl Cysteine), Ambroxol can be taken so that the mucous that is deposited would start clearing off.

Follow these things and review with me with Reports.

I would be happy to see you disease free and healthy.

If you have any further query, please ask me, else you may close the discussion and rate it.
