Question : I have a spot on the top of the head of my penis (about 2mm dia). Sometimes it is painfull, sometimes not. My Urologist has tested me for STD's, urinary tract infections, and also done an MRI with no negative results. He says I have nerve damage and prescribed Gabapetin. This pain can come out of the blue or sometimes the day after sex. Any ideas?

Brief Answer:
Upload pictures, answer few questions

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcare magic

I would recommend you to upload the photographs of the spot so that I have a clearer picture of the condition and can guide you accordingly.

I need to ask you whether you have history of shingles or are you diabetic?

Do you take any other medicines or are you having any other ailment?

What is the duration of the spot?

Is their history of any eruption prior to the appearance of the spot?

Regards
