Question : i having some little spots around my genital area and in am finding a hard time figuring out what it is

It is molluscum contagiosum a viral infection.
These lesions need to be removed using a needle.
Please meet a dermatologist and get these removed.
Creams are not effective.

It is sexually transmitted, hence your sexual partner also needs to be examined and treated.
