Brief Answer:
Possible muscle pain .

Detailed Answer:
Hi Dear User ! Thank you for using HCM.
I read your question and understand Your concern .
Could be a strained muscles or tendines , usually the intensity of the pain change when you move the leg or when you touche the area .

Try to rest your leg ( reduce the movement that makes the pain worse ) , use warm compresses and topical painkillers , try to message the area if you can stand the pain .
If you don't feel any better or the pain worsens, a local doctor should examine to rule out any knee ligament damage .

Hope I have answered your question.
If you have further clarifications I will be happy to help, if not you can close the discussion.
Take Care !
