Brief Answer:
Apply an antifungal cream such as Clotrimazole

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for posting your query to the forum. I can understand your concern for the rash over the affected area.

I have gone through the pictures with diligence and thoroughly analysing the pictures I can make out that you have fungal infection of the area.

It is basically caused by improper hygiene and sweating.

In such a condition I suggest my patients to apply an antifungal cream such as Clotrimazole or sertaconazole or ketoconazole over the affected area.

Take daily bath and wear cotton clothes.

I hope this helps.
