Question: Good Afternoon,

I'm a 38 year old women experiencing the following symptoms since yesterday morning. Dull Pain in Spine, Sharp stabbing pain in Right arm, then it was gone. Today both arms are sore, tingle at times, chest feels a little pressure. Slight Tingling in left side of face. Not sure if this is anything, but 3 weeks ago a very large bed frame was dropped on the back of my left calf. Entire calf was bruised badly. Bruise gone, but two large lumps that are not red and hurt to touch still exist.

Brief Answer:
These are not specific. Monitor only for the time being!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have reviewed these symptoms and the diffuse nature doesn’t tie it down to a specific disease condition. Symptoms with these characteristics are often not caused by a disease condition but transient variations/changes with no pathological significance.

I'd also recommend you to continue with fluids, rest and Tylenol as well. Unless otherwise, these symptoms do not require any specific medical attention as resolution would often be spontaneous.

I hope this helps reassures you. I wish you well.
Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

Kind Regards
