Brief Answer:
You require X-ray and MRI of lumbar spine.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. I think this pain required immediate consultations with Orthopedics surgeon. You may require x ray lumbar spine and MRI lumbar spine to further investigate it in detail. Till then rest and analgesic is it's treatment. You are already on strong analgesic so in addition rest in lateral position with both hips and knees flexed is useful. You may also require sonography of abdomen and general surgeon consulting to exclude abdominal cause such as kidney disease. You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
