Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on the description of the chest pain/discomfort, it's most likely related to GERD Gastroesophageal reflux disease.

However, a cardiac cause should be ruled out conclusively especially with respect to the recurrence of the pain. Prinzmetal angina and ischemic heart disease should be looked for. An ekg and ETT (Exercise tolerance test ) can be advised in this regard after due consultation with your doctor. If the cardiac investigation is normal then PPIs can be advised to counter GI causes.

Please consult your doctor before taking any further course of action

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
