Question : Age 63 male No BP No diabetes heavy smoker for 35yrs COPD 3rd stage

for the past 10days digestion prblem almost nil bowel movements. suggest medicine plz

Take pantoprazole and levosulperide combination.

In my opinion, you should take combination of pantoprazole and levosulperide.
Also take dulcolax tablet.
Drink plenty of fluids orally.
Eat yogurt and curd. Eat green leafy vegetables and high fiber diet.
Don't worry, you will get bowel movements after doing above things.

sir not that much improvement..should continue with these tablets or u suggest any other like syrup?? patient is a long term sufferer from constipation & a heavy smoker. plz suggest

Sir still no improvement..any other remedy which gives instant relief for him?? or should he continue with this for some more time??
