Brief Answer:
hello dear. she requires supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. Welcome to hcm. I understand your concern for your grandmother. First of all she requires supportive care for any pain, nutritional support, infection etc. Only after her general conditions have been improved and she is able to take self care, the definite treatmnt for cancer can be given.
Definite treatment in stage 4 disease will depend upon the type of cancer type , squamous or adenoca or small cell ca type. This may include a targetted drug or chemotherapy
Thanks and regards
