Brief Answer:
FOLLICULITIS. FOLLOW THE ADVICE.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

I have reviewed your attached images. It is mostly suggestive of bacterial infection of hair follicle (Folliculitis). Staph aureus is most common infection.

It will take some time to recover completely. I suggest you to apply MUPIROCIN anti-bacterial ointment twice daily after cleaning the area with lukewarm water.

Painlikker or Anti-inflammatory drug like combined (Aceclofenac + Paracetamol + Serratiopeptidase) is quite useful. Maintain personal hygiene properly. Wear only clean and cotton underwear.

Hope, it helps for your information. Kindly, close the discussion if you don't have any other query.

Wish your good health and take care yourself.

Regards,
Dr S Patra
