Brief Answer:
Token economy can be a option

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

Although there are multiple methods of changing behaviour but in the given situation two things can be tried with expectation of good results.

The first is token economy where the person is issued tokens on demonstration of positive behaviour and after a certain limits he can encase those tokens from the school.

The another thing is use of behavioural techniques where the child gets reinforcement for demonstrating behavior. This can be done in two ways. Positive where you add some value to him and negative where something unpleasant is removed from him on demonstration of desired behaviour.

I hope these simple methods assists you in bringing about positive change.
