I have studied her case with diligence.
As per her symptoms there is possibility of calcaneal spur along with plantar fasciitis.
It is advisable to wear soft sole foot ware.
You may need x ray heel/foot to see bony overgrowth.
Start plantar exercises/physiotherapy consulting physiotherapist.
Medication like analgesic like Diclofenac with anti acidity medication can be started consulting your doctor. Take calcium supplement with vit D.
