Brief Answer:
Rule out low cortisol levels.

Detailed Answer:
Good day,
Noted your concern and sorry to hear about your problem. I must say that natural dessicated thyroid has no extra advantage over thyroxine ( as often advertised by naturopaths). Your symptoms could be from undertreated hypothyroidism or due to low cortisol levels. Please request your PCP to get an 8 AM serum cortisol test done. Another cause of your symptoms may be die to depression itself.
Please remember that dessicated thyroid is often difficult to titrate and over treating with it may cause low bone mass ( osteoporosis) and other heart related problems. I would encourage yourself to meet an endocrinologist.
Regards
Binu
