Question : I have stiffness and aching in my groin. I can not put weight on it to walk.

In most cases this happens during exercise, wrong move or muscle inflammation seen in groin pulling. This is self limiting pain and you need to take nonsteroid painkillers such as ibuprofenum,rest and apply cold compresses. Other possible causes are groin hernia or neuropathy. If there is no improvement you should see a doctor and do ultrasound or MRI scan to rule out muscle rupture or tear.
