Brief Answer:
Muscle sprain

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your history , it appears to be a muscle sprain. However, the fact that you are unable to freely move your arm suggests severity and inflammation involved with the sprain. NSAIDs like diclofenac sodium with muscle relaxants such as tizanidine should be prescribed for 10 days. If the pain and weakness persists then nerve radiculopathy can be ruled out or confirmed via NCS nerve conduction studies. Please consult a neurologist for further workup.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
