Suggest Treatment For Stiffness In The Neck

Question : I am having trouble paying for this. I had written that I have a partial red right eye, headache and some stiffness in my neck. My office mate has had these exact same symptoms more severely this week. He went to Urgent Care several times but they don't know what it is. Gave him ointment for eye and Advil for headaches. I was wondering if this is some sort of virus?

Also, yes, I do have high blood pressure which is controlled and I have a cuff at home so I have checked it often since this began. It has been remaining in the 130's/70's so I know it's not connected to that. It doesn't hurt and I've had this before, quite awhile ago. I was just concerned that it was so coincidental that my friend at work had the same thing. Only he's been suffering with almost migraine like headaches and felt sick. I think he's doing better, but it has taken him a number of days. I haven't felt terrific but not quite as bad as him.
