Question : I had a tick bite, tick was removed but my neck is stiff could this be a sign of meneigitis? or is stiff neck due 2 sleeping wrong?
Brief Answer:
the latter probably...
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
obviously I can't examine you or do from afar what a doctor does in a typical visit but this symptom alone is rarely due to meningitis. One of the most prominent symptoms of meningitis is headache and fever (usually high) is very common. Other symptoms that may occur include increasing annoyance by the light and sounds and perhaps neurological deficits. A stiff neck is not indeed one of the signs of meningitis but this symptom alone is rarely caused by meningitis.
In any case, assessment by a doctor should be enough to clarify this issue, particularly if you develop more symptoms or get worse.
I hope you find my comments helpful!
Kind Regards!
