Brief Answer:
Likely related to the abdominal migraines!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about these symptoms that your daughter has reported. I have reviewed the information entirely and am pretty convinced these are related to the abdominal migraines that she has. If she is on medications and you think this pain is very concerning, then let her get a dose of her medications. However, if the pain is of low intensity, then there is no need in treating. Monitor alone and they would resolve spontaneously just like the previous abdominal migraines.

In all, this is not a new diagnosis. Symptoms are more on relation to abdominal migraines. If the pains are severe. let her take her medications and if not, there is no need rushing for medications.

I hope this helps. I wish your daughter well. Thank you so much for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

Typically ger migraine brings vomitting and hangiver symptoms. I read that fever with mugraines are unusual???Also, the pain is new. Never before have we had pain. The pain only lasted about 15 mins. I read that short if duration is odd too. I just want to make sure her diagnosis us correct. Thank you so much fior your time and helpfulness .

Brief Answer:
If she had fever, diagnosis not typical of!

Detailed Answer:
HI and thanks for following up with me.

If she had fever during her symptoms, then this is not typical in case of abdominal migraines as fever is a marker of an inflammatory reaction and this is not the case with migraines.

Because the symptoms lasted just 15minutes, I will like that you record this at the back of your mind and "ignore" it at this time. Unless this becomes a more recurrent scenario, do not seek further and independent medical intervention based on a one time 15minutes pain. My thinking would be that it was just transient and not of any pathological significance unless it recurs in future.

I hope this helps. Let me know if there is something more that I can do at this time.
