Question : I have had like 3 or 4 times today a quick stinging/pinch in my left calf. I thought I got stung the first time but nothing. Nothing on my leg. What could this be?

Sudden stretching of muscle and ligaments may give rise to pinch like feeling especially more so if the muscle are fatigued. In the absence of local swelling or redness of overlying skin there is no cause for concern.
